因为用户对于收费非常敏感，所以我们要寻找能让用户真正愿意付费的视频节目。
我首先提出了引进“台 湾综艺节目”的可行性分析，请大家开会的时候，一起讨论，我想这个是关系到我们日后的业务的重点，也是是否能赢利的关健。所以每个人都最好能提出一个项目类型来，并能应对于大家的质疑，如果质疑通过，我们就做，通不过，就另找其它项目。只有积思广议才能找到正确的发展方向。
我先来否决电影和音乐，理由如下：
如果我们做电影，做音乐，我们做不过盗版，且做正版的公司太多，实力太强大。我们没有必要做正面的冲突。
做电影的网站，盗版是数不胜数。做正版的也有很多，如已有上千万用户资源的21cn宽带网络、和微软合作的SMGBB东方宽带精彩视频等。
做盗版音乐的个人网站就更多了，大网站的如百度MP3搜索，且据我所知目前有几家在境外上市的公司在做或者在准备做正版音乐的网上下载模式：如北京空中网，九天音乐网以及一直致力于娱乐的上海盛大等公司。而且网民已经习惯于免费的MP3下载服务，是否愿意付费下载，我表示怀疑。
节目优势：
我们引进的是在台 湾很受观众欢迎的节目。在台湾有很高的收视率。
因为两岸文化相近，综艺节目时效性强，方向灵活，甚至可以有相关大 陆专题。且在国内互联网上传播着很多盗版，所以这些节目事实上也很受大陆观众欢迎。
因为综艺节目是每周定期制作，所以片源稳定。
同样因为综艺节目，它是一个系列，所以不需要每次都要和片商谈版权的使用的问题。
收费的影响：
目前已经有很多忠实的用户群了，盗版已经让我们培养起很多的用户了，我相信，收费以后，更高的视频质量和更稳定及时的节目来源将会给我们带来更多的用户，当然因为收费也会流失一部分用户，但这个完全是可以承受的。
政策因素：
我想这是大家最关心的。在文 化 审 批上，有人可能会担心大 陆相关部位很难通过审批。但目前基于以下以几点理由，我相信有一定的希望。
站在统一祖国统一大业的角度上讲，两 岸统一，必先进行文化交流。这也是两岸领导人所希望看到的。最近两岸高层互访。我想大陆对于文化交流还是积极的。在台 湾方面，由于是文化输出方，当然更愿意让更多的人了解台湾。
而且综艺节目不涉及政 治内容，当然如果有一些不适当的言 论，我们在节目处理的后期是完全可以剪掉。
另一个理由：政府不会无视于网上这种台湾综艺节目横行的局面，因为不利于政府控制言论。所以一定会考虑通过正面来引导的，所以我们完全可能争取到政府的支持。
收入：
收入有多个方面，一方面如用户收费观看，所得收入。这方面，我不希望它能占太多的比率。因为用户资源更重要。
其次广告收入。由于以后我想公司会大力发展P2P下载的方式，所以那种在网页上直接播放的方式，并在页面上放广告的方式是行不通的。所以我们可以在节目的中间插播电视广告。由于这涉及到传统的电视广告领域，收入颇丰。
前景：
如果我们能在网络上首先获得成功，那我们就可以获得这些节目在电视领域的大 陆区域的授权，所以我们可以把节目投放到全国各大电视台……
